Design
The new V4 Equal Length Header carries on from the world wide success of the V3.
Designed using 3D scans of the engine and the engine bay in CAD to achieve the most efficient design.
These headers are design by us and built by us in our own facility.
The V3 consistently gained 30-40hp on many cars across the globe on independent dynamometers. No additional power is expected from the V4.
So what's different?
The V4 is all about achieving perfection in every possible way.
The primaries are now 100% equal length. The V3 was not far off but close enough to be considered equal length in the automotive industry. There will be a small change to the tone and sound of the exhaust with it being marginally smoother. The larger overall volume will benefit not just stock engines or engines with bolt on parts but also engines with larger displacements such as the very popular 5.5L all the way up to the 5.8L.
Each primary pipe has a centre radius length of 730mm
Primary pipe diameter has has stepped up from 41.7mm to 42mm which steps up to 45mm close to the collector.
The slip on F1 style collector is now much larger in both volume and length with it's 45mm pipe work construction.
The flanges are now CNC machined with an internal taper from the oval exhaust ports on the cylinder head to 42mm O.D of the primary pipe creating a smooth transition for the airflow to navigate.

Another major improvement we have made is to make fitment easier and access to the head studs better.
All nuts are accessible with normal workshop tools so long as the fitting sequence of the primaries is followed.
Expect a 6 week lead time as of April 2026 for your header to be manufactured at our facility.
