A complete redesign of the OEM plenum.
We wanted to offer a plenum similar to our S85 which brings something more than just a copy of the OEM plenum.
With a wall thickness of 1.2mm this carbon plenum unleashes the full sound track of the S65 with full emotion.
Featuring increased volume at the top frontal section and top cover.
The system is Modular allowing different lids to be used along with different velocity stacks.
The supplied default carbon velocity stacks are larger than OEM with a larger opening.
PERFORMANCE TESTING
While a performance gain is not really to be expected from a larger volume, we did expect to see some changes from the larger reshaped velocity stacks.
Dyno tests were performed under strict controlled conditions on an independent Dynojet machine.
We tested with our high flow intake system already in place to allow both the OEM plenum and upgraded plenum to perform at their best.
Two consecutive runs were performed with a consistent power curve and similar power output.

After fitting our upgraded carbon plenum the dyno showed:
350 hp / 269 lb.ft
349 hp / 269 lb.ft
Increases:
5-8hp through 5600-6400rpm
8-10hp through 6800-8200rpm
