We take pride in our products and our customer service, for that reason, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you would like to return your product, we do have a 15 day return policy on some of our items such as air intake systems and exhaust components.
Electronic items such as programming cables can only be returned if the cables have not been permanently linked with a car.


Faulty items will be replaced free of charge with no shipping costs incurred to the customer.

There are no returns on pre order items, special order items and items which have been fitted to your car.
For software items such as ECU tuning, returns can be made if and only if the cable has not been connected and locked to the car.

In cases were the ECU software causes any problems a full refund will be issued and no costs incurred to the customer.

• Get your Return Label:

  • Send us an email, stating that you have read our return policy to info@infinityautodesign.com

• Choose the shipping company of your choice for return or call us to get a designated shipping company.

• Call us back with the tracking number of the returning merchandise.

• Product/merchandise must be insured for the possibility of damage getting lost.

Exchange Policy

Like our return policy, customers have 15 days to exchange their items. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. If the item is defective, we will exchange it for the same model with no additional shipping costs. Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective item, it cannot be returned.

 

Cancellations

We usually ship orders next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your item has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee
